Distortion Luminescent investigates graphic imagery as a physical architectural material. Printed PTEG sheets are layered with acrylic rods and clear resin, transforming patterns through translucency, texture and optical distortion. Developed collaboratively through material tests, lamination and resin casting, the research moves between small samples and an eight-inch composite tile. Textured surfaces and alternating modules extend the investigation toward a wall system, while illuminated studies reveal how light changes the reading of image, depth and material.
